Payment will happen by using PayPal via USD.

The first half of the payment would be made once the graphic designer accept the offer. Second half is only required after approving the design.

If the client pay a split payment and cancel the commission, the Graphic Designer will keep the first half as well as the initial cover would be kept and display as a premade as a exemplar work. And will owe the Client nothing further.

In the case of cancellation, a full refund would only be possible if the graphic designer was not able to finish it around 2 weeks or otherwise stated.
