Commission Requests
Commissions can be submitted through VGen or by email at [email protected].When submitting a request, please include:
✦ A clear description of your project
✦ Visual references (Pinterest boards or images preferred)
✦ Any specific details or preferences
Clear direction ensures a smoother process and stronger final result.
Content Guidelines
The following content will not be accepted:
✦ NSFW or explicit content
✦ Graphic gore
✦ Discriminatory or hateful themes
All projects must align with these guidelines.
Creative Discretion
Each request is reviewed carefully.
I reserve the right to decline any commission that does not align with my work, availability, or creative direction.
Payment & Process
Payment Structure
All payments are processed via PayPal (USD).Commissions follow a split payment system:
✦ 50% upfront — required to begin
✦ 50% upon final approval — required before delivery
Cancellation Policy
If a commission is canceled after work has begun:
✦ The initial 50% payment is non-refundable
✦ Any in-progress design may be repurposed as a premade example
No further obligations will be owed after cancellation.
Refunds
Full refunds are only issued if:
✦ The project has not been started, or
✦ I am unable to complete the commission within 2 weeks (or the agreed timeline)
